RMC is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sinfonia Orchestra Conductor to lead a close-knit ensemble of young musicians with approximately 3–5 years of playing experience. The ideal candidate is a strong strings musician and educator who brings energy, warmth, musical expertise, and high expectations while fostering a rehearsal environment centered on excellence, community, and belonging.
